The hotel has a prime location in the heart of Newquay, surrounded by bars and restaurants, with a superb view and friendly, efficient staff. Despite some noise disturbances late at night, the place offers great access to the beaches and town center. The rooms, however, had a disappointing view of a brick wall and lacked value for money and cleanliness standards.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the sea, but lacked sufficient storage for our belongings. The service was professional and helpful, although I faced an inconvenience when the hotel was evacuated due to a problem. The location was fantastic, right on the edge of the town center and overlooking one of Newquay's beautiful beaches. The dining experience was satisfactory but could have been warmer.
